Location: Hybrid (candidates must be available to work from the Corktown office 2–3x weekly in order to apply)

Reports To: Sr. Sales & Ops Manager, CX & Logistics Manager

PAUME is a Toronto-based beauty startup, redefining what hand care is. Our clean, high-performance formulas are designed to nourish and protect, while our packaging brings a modern, intentional aesthetic to everyday rituals.
We’re looking for a full-time Operations & Community Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our customer experience, internal logistics, and brand community all run smoothly and cohesively.
As our Operations & Community Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between back-end systems and front-line engagement. From supporting logistics and customer care to coordinating events and connecting with our community, you’ll help ensure that every touchpoint with PAUME is thoughtful, polished, and aligned with our values.

Primary Responsibilities
Customer Experience

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social channels in a timely, empathetic, and brand-aligned tone

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; escalate more complex cases to appropriate team members

Maintain a high standard of communication and service that reflects the PAUME experience
Operations Support

Ensure accurate and timely updates to inventory, shipping statuses, and system records

Collaborate with fulfillment partners to ensure smooth delivery operations

Assist CX & Logistics Manager with wholesale operations and invoicing
Community Engagement

Monitor and respond to comments across social channels, representing the PAUME voice with care

Support influencer gifting, ambassador outreach, and UGC collection

Assist in executing brand activations, community events, and retail pop-ups
Who You Are
-
Bachelor’s degree; authorized to work in Canada
-
1+ years of experience in customer support, operations, retail, or community engagement (startup or DTC experience is a plus)

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms (experience with Shopify, CIN7, Gorgias is a bonus)

Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a warm, thoughtful tone

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with changing priorities
