As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator to join our Operations team and help us optimize inventory, enhance supply chain processes, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of our products to customers.

The Role
As PAUME’s Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that we have the right products, at the right time, and in the right place. You will be responsible for executing our inventory strategy and purchasing process, and working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize sales potential. You’ll collaborate with various internal and external teams, including our warehouse partners and manufacturers, to drive operational efficiency and ensure data integrity across systems. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and report on inventory levels weekly, ensuring consistency and accuracy across various channels.
Collaborate with the warehouse and manufacturing teams to maintain inventory and purchasing plans aligned with sales forecasts.
Lead the procurement process for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels to maximize sales potential.
Own relationships with manufacturers, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate purchase order management.
Coordinate shipments and track freight, ensuring timely deliveries to warehouses and manufacturers.
Maintain and optimize the inventory management system, ensuring item creation and BOM updates are completed accurately.
Must-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and an interest in implementing AI forecasting tools.
Ability to manage relationships with manufacturers, ensuring high standards and timely deliveries.
Internship or relevant experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, or Operations (experience in Consumer Goods is a plus).
